Questions
Everything people ask before they download.
Straight answers about the app, the plan, the price and the Apple Watch. If yours is missing, ask us on Instagram.
- Is iHustle free?
- iHustle is free to download and free to try. You answer the 23 questions, get your plan and start with a free first week of everything. After that, a subscription unlocks the full plan: every workout, the Collection, the weekly recipes, progress tracking and Apple Watch. Prices are shown in the app, and you can cancel any time.
- Who made iHustle?
- Gia Cormos, a Romanian personal trainer who has helped more than 400 women get in shape, together with a small team in Romania; the app is published by TECHXAI SRL. The first version went live in December 2024 to see whether women wanted this. They did, and the part they asked for most was nutrition, which is why the app has a full food side. Every workout, plan and recipe in it is written by people, not generated.
- What does "Zero AI. 100% human." mean?
- No part of your plan is generated by an algorithm. The onboarding questions, the way your answers become a weekly schedule, the exercises, the videos and the recipes were all designed and tested by people, the same way a personal trainer builds a plan for you in person.
- Is iHustle only for women?
- Yes. iHustle is made for women, by a woman. The plans, the progressions, the calorie targets and the recipes are built around women's bodies and goals, from fat loss to building muscle.
- I am a complete beginner. Is it for me?
- Yes. One of the 23 questions is your level, and the plan starts where you are: beginner, intermediate or advanced. Every exercise has a video and step-by-step instructions, and the app keeps time through every set and every rest.
- Do I need a gym?
- No. When you set up your plan you choose home or gym, and the workouts are built for the equipment you have. At home, a mat, a set of resistance bands and a pair of dumbbells cover the whole plan. For rest days, holidays or a week without a gym, the Collection has video-led sessions that need only a mat.
- How is my plan personalised?
- You answer 23 questions: your goal (lose weight, build muscle, get stronger), your level, the areas you want to focus on (abs, legs and glutes, for example), where you train, how heavy you are used to lifting, your schedule and what you enjoy. From those, iHustle builds a weekly plan: which days you train, what each session is and how it progresses. The plan moves in levels of 16 to 32 workouts each, and the app shows how many are left to the next one. You choose the days; the app plans the sessions, and on a training day your workout is already waiting.
- What about food?
- The Eat section has recipes that Gia's clients tested for three years before they reached the app, hundreds of women cooking them week after week, with new ones added every week. There is also a food log for anything else (scan a barcode or search), a shopping list and a water tracker. Your daily calorie target is set from your weight journey and your goal.
- What is the Collection?
- A library of video-led programmes that sits next to your personalised plan: Pilates and Pilates × Strength today. It is made for rest days, holidays and weeks without a gym; each session runs to its own timing and needs only a mat. New collections and new trainers, from Romania and abroad, are added over time.
- Does it work with Apple Watch?
- Yes. Start the workout on your iPhone and the watch shows the exercise you are on, your heart rate, calories and reps. You can pause, resume or end the session from your wrist, and every session is saved to Apple Health.
- Can I follow workouts on my TV?
- Collection workouts can be cast to a Chromecast or Google TV, or screen-mirrored to any smart TV. Your phone becomes the remote.
- Is there an Android version?
- Not yet. iHustle is for iPhone (iOS 18 or later) and Apple Watch today. An Android version is planned; follow @ihustle.app on Instagram for news.
- Which languages does the app come in?
- English and Romanian, in the app and on this site.
- What happens to my data?
- Your weight, photos and measurements are health data and are treated that way: stored for you, never sold, and used only to run your plan. The full details are in the privacy policy, and you can delete your account and its data from inside the app.
- How do I cancel?
- Subscriptions are handled by Apple. On your iPhone open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose iHustle and cancel. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- Where is iHustle from?
- Romania. iHustle is made by personal trainer Gia Cormos and her team, and it is available worldwide on the App Store, in English and Romanian.
