Delete your iHustle account

Option 1 — delete your account in the app (fastest)

1. 1Open iHustle and go to Profile → Terms & Privacy → Delete Account.
2. 2We will email a 4-digit confirmation code to the address registered on your account.
3. 3Enter the code in the app. Your account is deleted immediately.

This works the same on iPhone and on Android.

Option 2 — request deletion by email

If you no longer have the app installed, or cannot sign in:

1. 1Send an email to admin@ihustle.app from the email address registered on your iHustle account.
2. 2Use the subject line "Delete my account".
3. 3We verify the request by replying to that same registered address, and we delete the account within 30 days of your request, usually much sooner. You will receive a confirmation email when it is done.

We cannot process deletion requests sent from an address other than the one registered on the account, because we have no other way to confirm that the request comes from you.

What is deleted

When your account is deleted, we delete: your account and login details, name, date of birth, country and height; your onboarding questionnaire and health answers; your weight history and progress photos; your workout history, training plan and nutrition diary; your community messages and profile; and the pseudonymous identifiers used for analytics and crash reporting.

What is kept, and for how long

Records of purchases and payments are kept for the period required by Romanian tax and accounting law (generally up to 10 years), as required by law. They contain no health or fitness data.

Community moderation records may be kept as long as necessary for the safety of the community.

After these periods the data is deleted or anonymised.

Before you delete: cancel your subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it separately — on iPhone in the subscription settings of your Apple account, on Android in the Google Play subscriptions centre — otherwise the store may continue to bill you.

Deleting some data without deleting your account

Progress photos and weight entries can be deleted individually, at any time, in the app. To change or delete other data, contact admin@ihustle.app.
